Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are:
24 hour advance notice when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. For SAME DAY cancellations, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total for the appointment will be charged to the client.
Late Arrivals or No-shows
If you are running late, please notify the office within the first 15 minutes of your session, so that we know you're coming. If we do not receive a phone call or text message, we will assume that you are a no-show and release the remainder of your time. You will be charged the full value of your missed appointment.
Late arrivals will receive the remaining time in their appointment and will be charged in full.
